一般財団法人2028年技能五輪国際大会日本組織委員会（以下「当法人」という。）は、個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律、その他関係法令及び関連規則を遵守するとともに、以下の方針に基づき、適切な管理及び運用に努めます。

個人情報の取得
当法人は、個人情報の利用目的を明らかにし、本人の意思で提供された情報を取り扱います。
利用目的及び保護
当法人が取り扱う個人情報は、その利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。また、利用目的を遂行するために業務委託をする場合及び個人情報の保護に関する関係法令の規定に基づく場合を除いて、個人情報を第三者へ提供することは致しません。
管理体制
(1) 全ての個人情報は、不正アクセス、盗難、持出し等による、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等が発生しないように適正に管理し、必要な予防・是正措置を講じます。
(2) 個人情報をもとに、利用目的内の業務を外部に委託する場合は、その業者と個人情報取扱契約を締結するとともに、適正な管理が行われるよう管理・監督します。
(3) 個人情報の本人による開示・訂正、利用停止等の取り扱いに関する問合せは、随時受付け、適切に対応します。また、苦情を受付けた場合には、適切かつ速やかに対応いたします。
(4) 個人情報は、取り扱う事業の目的を達成するために必要な範囲内で、正確かつ最新の状態に保つものとします。
法令遵守のための取組みの維持と継続
(1) 当法人は、個人情報の保護に関する法律、その他関係法令及び関連規則に則った業務運営に努めて参ります。
(2) 当法人が保有する個人情報を保護するための方針や体制等については、当法人の事業内容の変化及び事業を取り巻く法令、社会環境、ＩＴ環境の
変化等に応じて、継続的に見直し、改善します。

Privacy Policy

The Japan Organizing Committee of WorldSkills Aichi 2028 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organization”) recognizes the importance of personal information and, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other relevant laws and regulations, and related guidelines, strives to properly manage and handle personal information based on the following policy.

Acquisition of Personal Information

The Organization clearly specifies the purpose of utilization of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Purpose of Utilization”) and handles information that is provided voluntarily by the individuals concerned.
Purpose of Utilization and Protection
The Organization will handle personal information about a person within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization specified.
The Organization will not provide personal information to a third party except in the cases in which the Organization entrusts the handling of personal data within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization, or in which the provision of personal information is based on the relevant laws and regulations.
Management System

(1) The Organization will handle the personal information appropriately and take necessary measures for the prevention of loss, damage, alteration, leakage or other incidents caused by unauthorized access, theft, or removal.

(2) When the Organization entrusts an individual or a business operator with the handling of personal information, it will conclude an agreement for protecting personal information with the trustee and supervise him/her to ensure the security control of the entrusted personal data.

(3) The Organizations will receive and handle appropriate requests regarding disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or other matters related to their personal information.
The Organizations will appropriately and promptly process complaints about the handling of personal information.

(4) The Organization will keep personal information accurate and up to date within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of the Organization’s activities.
Continuous Efforts to Ensure Legal Compliance

(1) The Organization will strive to conduct its operations in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other relevant laws and regulations, and related guidelines.

(2) The Organizations will continuously review and improve the policies, systems for protecting personal information retained by the Organization in response to changes in the Organization’s activities, applicable laws and regulations, social conditions, and the IT environment.
